mfpen offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, allowing you to return items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization form.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and the garment is folded neatly.
Ship the Package
Affix your return label to the parcel and ship it via a tracked courier service to our Copenhagen warehouse address provided in the authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
